TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT WITH THE PLASKETT INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE
In these terms and conditions:
2 UPON ENROLMENT
that they have enrolled onto. The College will provide a username and password for the Student to access the material via the online campus within 48 hours of enrolment and /or dispatch a hard copy to their registered address within 7 days.
3 DURATION OF ENROLMENT
Enrolment will last:
(a) 6 months for the Health and Nutrition course
(b) 12 months for the Slimming Consultancy course
(c) 12 months for the Iridology course
(d) 24 months for each part 1 & 2 of the Nutritional Medicine course
4 TERMINATION OF ENROLMENT
(a) if the Student fails to submit work or make contact with the College during any 6 month period.
(b) the duration of enrolment (as described in Clause 3) has expired.
5 COURSE FEES
All Course Fees quoted (whether on the College’s website, application form or subsequently in writing)
are only valid for acceptance for 30 days and are inclusive of any applicable value added tax.
6 THE COURSE MATERIALS
assigned or used by anyone else other than the Student without the College’s prior written consent
7 RIGHT TO CANCEL
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions
and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
